But in case you are not 100% satisfied with the product received, returns can be arranged on most full priced products. If you desire to exchange or return a product, please read the following, and get in touch with any questions. I am here to assist you with more information, or pictures if required. I strive to give you the best I can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions. We offer free standard shipping in local U.S. for orders over $100. Local deliveries (Rochester Area) $10. Every product is carefully inspected before been mailed, but sometimes I may miss something. If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out via email (contact@anamanashop.com ) so I can take care of it. Online Return Policy Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. Unless a different arrangement is set before purchase. Process Time Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Orders of $100+ will receive free shipping. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damage item, please contact me within 3 business days of the delivery date. Products must be shipped back in their original packaging. Additional box may be used, but original one must be returned as well. Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns.
