But in case you are not 100% satisfied with the product received, returns can be arranged on most full priced products. I strive to give you the best I can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions. We offer free standard shipping in local U.S. for orders over $100. Local deliveries (Rochester Area) $10. Every product is carefully inspected before been mailed, but sometimes I may miss something. If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out via email (contact@anamanashop.com ) so I can take care of it. Online Return Policy Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. Unless a different arrangement is set before purchase. Process Time Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Orders of $100+ will receive free shipping. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable. Most shipments & local go out within 48 business hours after order is placed. Weekends not included & weather/holiday permitting. Look for tracking emails (or text) for updates. Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment method. Before leaving the store, every product is carefully inspected to guarantee your satisfaction. ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules: Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damage item, please contact me within 3 business days of the delivery date. Products must be shipped back in their original packaging. Additional box may be used, but original one must be returned as well. Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns. Returns For an Exchange Must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Since all items are one-of-a-kind and have different measurements, I strongly encourage you to read the product description and measurements, and get in touch if you have questions before placing your order. Damage occurred during shipping is out of my control, but I can include an insurance on the package before shipping _ please let me know if you opt for that! Before leaving the store, I assure the package is safe and risk free of damage. Upon return request, please share pictures of the received product, as well as a short explanation for the return.
